“Sumikkogurashi Dim Sum Tea Day” will be held at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk!
It has been decided that a limited-time lunch course and dinner course “Sumikkogurashi Dim Sum Tea Biyori” in collaboration with “Sumikkogurashi” will be held at “Chinese Restaurant Bokairo” on the 5th floor of Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk! It will be offered for a limited time from 2026/7/1 (Wed) to 8/30 (Sun).

The “Sumikkogurashi Dim Sum Tea Biyori” lunch course is a satisfying course where you can enjoy 16 types of Chinese food one bite at a time, with 3 types of appetizers, soup, 4 types of hot dishes, 5 types of dim sum, fried rice, dessert, and Chinese tea. Five types of dim sum inspired by “Zassou,” “tapioca,” and “Ebifurai no shippo” will be introduced. Jade gyoza, which is inspired by “Zassou,” is wrapped with pork and shrimp in a skin kneaded by straining spinach. Cantonese shumai, which is inspired by the “tail of shrimp,” is characterized by the chewy texture of red bean paste with shrimp, and you can enjoy even the tail part made in the shape of a red radish (red radish) ♪

The dinner course includes 4 appetizers, soup, 3 types of hot dishes, 3 types of dim sum, fried rice, and dessert that you can enjoy with close people while surrounding a platter. We have prepared a popular menu from “Chinese Restaurant Bokairou,” mapo tofu, stir-fried wagyu thighs and mushrooms in oyster sauce, and stir-fried shrimp and vegetables with spicy shrimp miso sauce. In addition to dim sum with the image of “Zassou,” “tapioca,” and “Ebifurai no shippo,” we have prepared Chinese castella with a “tonkatsu” face, peach manju with an adorable “tapioca” face, and black tapioca oolong tea pudding where you can enjoy the savory flavor of oolong tea. Each customer who orders this dinner course can add 1 serving of dim sum and Gomoku fried rice to 1 child under the age of 12 free of charge in this dinner course.
Chinese-themed Sumikko Gurashi character panels are also available for rent. Enjoy taking pictures by arranging your favorite panels along with your food.
Also, customers who order the “Sumikkogurashi Dim Sum Tea Biyori” lunch course or dinner course will receive 1 A4 size clear file limited to this collaboration fair!
