The second product of the “Nippon Department Store x Sumikkogurashi” collaboration project is here!

“Making Japanese department stores interesting.” Based on the concept, the second product of the limited-time collaboration project “Nippon Department Store x Sumikkogurashi” is on sale at Japanese department stores starting 2026/3/26 (Thursday) at Nippon Department Stores, which select and sell specialty foods and miscellaneous goods from all over Japan ♪

In the second installment, in addition to launching new collaboration products, we are developing content that more customers can enjoy, such as setting up an experience-based photo spot at the Japan Department Store Shokuhinkan (Akihabara).

This time, too, local masterpieces are collaborating with Sumikko and the others! Rice confectionary “Uguisu Ball” from Hyogo Prefecture, original coffee from the long-established coffee shop “Tajimaya Coffee” in Shinjuku, and Kaya dish towels born from traditional industries in Nara are now on sale.

The huge “wooden barrel” inside the “Nippon Department Store Shokuhinkan (Akihabara)” store, which is the only food specialty store in Japan, has been updated to Mikko Gurashi specifications for a limited time! To commemorate this collaboration, at the wooden barrel booth, we prepared a special photo spot with a specially made “festival coat (happy)” named after the festival costumes Sumikko and the others are wearing. Put on a hat and enjoy a lively dress with Mikko and the others in a festive mood. On SNS “#すみっコ百貨店」をつけて投稿し、イベントを一緒に盛り上げてくださいね。
